The study discusses the theories of change underlying these practices, their conditions of possibility, potentialities, and limitations. Using an approach based on the social determinants of health in the daily life of adolescents, a reevaluation is proposed of participative approaches and the state-civil society relationship with respect to the responsibility and implementation of so-called good practices in sexual and reproductive health.Este artículo busca analizar prácticas para mejorar la salud sexual y reproductiva de los y las adolescentes a partir de la sistematización de un proyecto para promover los derechos y la salud sexual y reproductiva en zonas rurales y periurbanas del Perú y de una investigación etnográfica con promotores juveniles que participaron de esta misma iniciativa. El estudio discute las teorías de cambio que subyacen a estas prácticas y sus condiciones de posibilidad, potencialidades y limitaciones.
