This paper analyzes the validity of the arguments held by the plaintiffs and the convenience of fulfilling their requests. Los fabricantes nacionales de aceites vegetales están tratando de obstruir el ingreso de sus similares argentinos, alegando que estos tienen una subvención de 10% otorgada por el Gobierno argentino, que les permite competir deslealmente con la producción nacional y han solicitado al Indecopi una sobretasa arancelaria que los proteja contra este subsidio.
