This document pretends to provide some general contributions about the content of social change programming inside the global planning and the value acquired of this concept inside the perspective of integrated and autonomous development of societies in transformation process, in the aggregate levels as well as the “integrated programs” and regional development programs.La experiencia de los procesos de desarrollo en América Latina ha demostrado durante los últimos años la dificultad real de poner en práctica esquemas conceptuales y diseño metodológicos que con gran esfuerzo institucional fueron posibles de desarrollar en medios académicos o centros de investigación de ciencias sociales dentro de la región.
