A central conclusion of this study is that Argentine governments since 2003, after the serious social, political, and economic crises resulting from the systematic application of neoliberal policies, had to progressively incorporate the various forms of self- organization that were created and consolidated by social movements such as the recovered companies.El objetivo principal de este artículo es analizar la compleja relación entre las empresas recuperadas por sus obreros en la Argentina y el Estado durante la última década. Para cumplir con este plan, exploraré la evolución de las políticas públicas implementadas por el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social para estas experiencias autogestionarias.
