Thisproposal also favors mandatory rather than voluntary affiliation to the AFP.Este ensayo plantea la necesidad de una re-reforma integral del sistemaperuano de pensiones para resolver sus fallas fundamentales, precedida de undiálogo social amplio. Propone un modelo de re-reforma y medidas específicaspara extender tanto la baja cobertura de la PEA y la población adulta mayorcomo Pensión 65, garantizar la pensión mínima, mejorar las prestaciones,unificar el SNP y el SPP, aumentar la competencia y reducir costos-gananciasde las AFP, crear una AFP pública, apuntalar la sostenibilidad financieraactuarial,aumentar la rentabilidad del fondo y cargar al empleador la primade discapacidad y sobrevivencia.
