Fairness, an ideological sacred cow, is an important mechanism of coating majority and minority interests within society, whose role is to add legitimacy.La justicia es, desde siempre, un enorme, impresionante mito en la humanidad. Pocas teorías o concepciones de la vida social se han atrevido a desenmascarar su relatividad, no sólo de un tiempo a otro y de una sociedad a otra sino tratándose de una sociedad y momento determinados, en términos de los diversos y contrapuestos intereses sociales. ¿Qué es para Ud. lo justo? es una pregunta que provoca tantas y tan diversas respuestas frente a un problema dado, como intereses en conflicto hay respecto a él.
