The sample consisted of a total of 107 teachers who participated in educational innovation projects, to which a Likert scale was applied to measure the teaching attitude and a questionnaire to measure the level of implementation of educational innovation projects. Result: the predominant teaching attitude among teachers in the district of Tacna who participate in educational innovation projects, is the indifferent attitude, with 72.9%, a significant percentage, 13.1% representing teachers with a positive attitude, and 14.0% who represents teachers with a negative attitude. The level of implementation of educational innovation projects, in the district of Tacna is 37.4% in a regular level of implementation, 33.6% of projects in a good level of implementation, 14% of projects in an excellent level of implementation, and 15% at a low level of implementation. Conclusion: it can be affirmed that the predominant teaching attitude prevalent in the teachers participating in the educational innovation projects, in the district of Tacna, in 2014, has a significant influence on the level of regular implementation of educational innovation projects.Objetivo: demostrar la influencia de la actitud docente en la implementación de proyectos de innovación educativa, en las instituciones educativas públicas del distrito de Tacna, en el año 2014. Metodología: la investigación es de Tipo Básica o Pura, con diseño descriptivo causal explicativa. La muestra estuvo conformada por un total de 107 docentes que participaron en proyectos de innovación educativa, a los cuales se les aplicó una escala tipo Likert para medir la actitud docente y un cuestionario para medir el nivel de implementación de proyectos de innovación educativa. Resultado: la actitud docente predominante entre los docentes del distrito de Tacna que participan en proyectos de innovación educativa, es la actitud indiferente, con un 72.9%, porcentaje significativo, un 13.1% que representa a los docentes con actitud positiva, y 14.0% que representa a los docentes con actitud negativa. El nivel de implementación de proyectos de innovación educativa, en el distrito de Tacna se encuentra, el 37.4% en un regular nivel de implementación, un 33.6% de proyectos en un buen nivel de implementación, el 14% de proyectos en un excelente nivel de implementación, y un 15% en un bajo nivel de implementación.
