They remain an essential means in a constantly evolving scientific structure. This edition enthusiastically covers the results of the research of the different master's and doctoral programs of the Graduate School of the Private University of Tacna, and this time with relevant social focus on problems of the regional environment. The magazine is designed for professionals interested in a wide range of topics of population and social interest, from engineering technologies to opinion in the development of socio-cultural characteristics. The edition includes the combination of skills that will always be in demand in the different aspects of scientific work, with a multidisciplinary integral vision approach. Already with his 3rd. Online edition, a much wider dissemination of the research carried out in our institution has been achieved. We hope in future work to have the participation of inter-institutional networks, with the realization of joint efforts, common objectives and wider collaboration of professional peers. Siguen siendo un medio esencial en una estructura científica constantemente en evolución. La presente edición abarca con entusiasmo los resultados de la investigación de los diferentes programas de maestría y doctorado de la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Privada de Tacna, y en esta oportunidad con relevante enfoque social en problemas del entorno regional. La revista está diseñada para los profesionales interesados en una amplia gama de temas de interés poblacional y social, desde las tecnologías de la ingeniería hasta la opinión en el desarrollo de las características socio culturales. La edición contempla la combinación de habilidades que siempre estarán en demanda en los diferentes aspectos del quehacer científico, con enfoque de visión integral multidisciplinario. Ya con su 3ra. Edición on line, se ha logrado una difusión mucho más amplia de la investigación realizada en nuestra institución. Esperamos en los trabajos futuros contar con la participación de redes interinstitucionales, con la realización de esfuerzos conjuntos, objetivos comunes y colaboración más amplia de pares profesionales.
