The questionnaire was applied as a measuring instrument; which allowed to collect information, relate and measure the variables of study, make correlations and comparisons. The sample consisted of 218 architects. The main factors that influence the recovery of the Alameda Antigua sector  of Avenida Bolognesi, Tacna-2018, are environmental conflicts and potentialities, social value and management mechanisms.La presente investigación está orientada a determinar los factores paisajísticos que influyen en la recuperación del sector de la Alameda Antigua de la Avenida Bolognesi, Tacna-2018. La investigación centró su metodología, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, diseño no experimental de nivel de contraste de hipótesis explicativo observacional, se asume este nivel en razón que establece causa y efecto entre las variables: Factores de la recuperación paisajista. Se aplicó el cuestionario como instrumento de medición; los cuales permitieron recoger información, relacionar y medir las variables de estudio, efectuar las correlaciones y comparaciones correspondientes. La muestra estuvo conformada por 218 arquitectos.
