For this purpose the information obtained through the application of the measuring instrument questionnaire was built based on the variables and indicators was considered whose measuring scale was the Likert; which it was applied to sixty workers credit union Santa Catalina of Moquegua. Results: After the phase of analysis and interpretation of the results was determined that the credit union Santa Catalina of Moquegua, knowledge management significantly affects innovation empresarial.2013, proving this way the research hypothesis. Conclusion: In the credit union Santa Catalina of Moquegua, knowledge management empresarial.2013 significant impact on innovation.Objetivo: El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo con el propósito de determinar la incidencia de la gestión del conocimiento en la Innovación empresarial de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de Moquegua.2013. Método: El trabajo corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptivo relacional; y el diseño es no experimental, transeccional, ya que se trató del período 2013. Para tal propósito se consideró la información obtenida a través de la aplicación del instrumento de medición del cuestionario, construido en función de las variables e indicadores, cuya escala de medición fue la de tipo likert; el cual fue aplicado a sesenta trabajadores de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Santa Catalina de Moquegua. Resultados: Finalizada la fase de análisis e interpretación de los resultados se determinó que en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Santa Catalina de Moquegua, la gestión del conocimiento incide significativamente en la innovación empresarial.2013, comprobándose de esta manera la hipótesis de investigación.
