Methods: a non-experimental, cross-sectional, predictive design, 632 university students of both sexes (50.9% women) participated, using the scale of adaptability to university life, the brief scale of satisfaction with studies and the scale of use of virtual academic media. Results: A multiple regression analysis was performed, finding that the independent variables explain 37.8% of the total variance of the criterion variable. Discussion: It can be seen that the level of adjustment to virtual education and the level of use of virtual academic media predict satisfaction with the educational experience at the higher level.

Objetivo: determinar si la adaptabilidad a la vida universitaria y el uso de medios académicos virtuales predicen la satisfacción con los estudios en universitarios peruanos. Método: diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de tipo predictivo, participaron voluntariamente 632 universitarios de ambos sexos (50.9% mujeres), se utilizó la escala de adaptabilidad a la vida universitaria, la escala breve de satisfacción con los estudios y la escala de uso de medios académicos virtuales, todos ellos con índices aceptables de confiabilidad. Resultados: Se realizó un análisis de regresión múltiple, encontrando que las variables independientes explican el 37.8% de la varianza total de la variable criterio. Discusión: se aprecia que el nivel de ajuste a la educación virtual y el nivel de uso de medios académicos virtuales predicen la satisfacción de la experiencia educativa a nivel superior.Introdução: A pandemia da Covid-19 trouxe consigo sérios desafios para o ensino superior e, mais ainda, para o processo de adaptabilidade. Objetivo: determinar se a adaptabilidade à vida universitária e o uso de meios acadêmicos virtuais predizem a satisfação com os estudos em estudantes universitários peruanos. Método: desenho não experimental, transversal e preditivo, com a participação voluntária de 632 estudantes universitários de ambos os sexos (50,9% do sexo feminino), usando a escala de adaptabilidade à vida universitária, a escala breve de satisfação com os estudos e a escala de uso de meios acadêmicos virtuais, todas com níveis aceitáveis de confiabilidade. Resultados: Foi realizada uma análise de regressão múltipla, constatando-se que as variáveis independentes explicam 37,8% da variância total da variável critério.
