There are 11 different levels of consciousness, considered as permanent features, and which are classified according to the spectrum of colors, from infrared to clear light. Peruvian politics is at low levels of consciousness, and conscious leadership can be a very effective, advantageous, and practical means to reach higher levels of consciousness, both in the field of politics, as well as in companies and organizations of all kinds.La principal característica de los grandes líderes es su capacidad para percibir la profundidad de su mundo interno e interactuar con el universo circundante. En el caso peruano, dos figuras importantes destacan en cuanto a esta característica: Luis Bedoya Reyes y Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre. Estos personajes poseían niveles superiores de consciencia. Existen 11 diferentes niveles de consciencia, considerados como rasgos permanentes, y que son clasificados según el espectro de los colores, desde el infrarrojo hasta la luz clara.
