Para ello se entrevistó a un líder del rubro, específicamente al gerente de logística de la sociedad minera “Cerro Verde”, un yacimiento cuprífero de inversores estadunidenses. Dicho líder manifiesta dimensiones del liderazgo de Rango Total, en un grado alto y medio, el carisma, la inspiración, estímulo intelectual, consideración individual y reconocimiento contingente, mientras que las dimensiones como dministración por excepción pasiva y Laissez Faire están presentes en un grado menor o no se perciben.
