Other assays revealed that these substances have a wide spectrum of antibiotic activity against collection strains pathogens of fish, mollusks and crustaceans. Also, it shows those SI to be thermosensitive at 90 9C for 45 min and stable within the pH range of 3,0 at 9,0 for 15 min. Antibiotic activity of the substances against Vibrio angufflarum NCMB 2133, V anguillarum ATCC 19264 and Aeromonas salmonicida 76,79 was comparatively equivalent to 30 ppm of the antibiotic oxitetraciclina (OTC).Se caracterizan parcialmente substancias inhibitorias producidas por cepas marinas del género Alteromonas spp. Pruebas de precipitación de extractos crudos de sobrenadantes de las cepas N22.C y N11.6 con concentraciones saturantes de sulfato de amonio y filtrados en columnas de Sephadex G-25 muestran la producción de substancias inhibitorias (SI) de naturaleza proteinácea. Otros ensayos de caracterización revelan que dichas substancias tienen un amplio espectro de actividad antibiótica frente a cepas de colección patógenas de peces, moluscos y crustáceos. Asimismo, muestran a las SI como termosensibles a 90oC en 45 min y con capacidad de mantener estabilidad inhibitoria dentro, del rango de pH de 3,0 a 9,0 hasta por 15 min.
