The results show that all studied strains of degradation halos developed, however, in no case was the halos of crude enzymatic degradation. The work showed that the strains of Penicillium sp and Aspergillus sp had a better cultural growth in castor oil and a good plate hydrolysis activity with short-chain triglyceride: tributirin.El presente estudio tiene como objetivo seleccionar las cepas de hongos que presentan mejor actividad lipolítica en aceite de higuerilla y comprobar si sus crudos enzimáticos obtenidos por fermentación en substrato líquido (FSL) presentan la misma actividad sobre el aceite de higuerilla. Se aislaron nueve cepas de hongos, ocho de Penicillium sp y una de Aspergillus sp, a partir de aceites vegetales de desecho.
