The sample is of 200 students, with a level of significance of 95%, they were applied to the students in a random way, the results show that the impact is good.El propósito de este artículo es determinar el impacto que tiene la norma ISO 9001: 2008 en el sistema de gestión de la calidad en la Facultad de Ingeniería en la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo- Ecuador. Esta investigación es el resultado de un trabajo de campo, en donde se realizó un análisis de la información recolectada, a través de encuestas validadas por medio del alfa de Cronbach.
