A review of the physiology and the semiology of the parietal lobes of the brain is done.Se describen once casos de tumores del cerebro de localización parietal y se analizan las manifestaciones clínicas, especialmente las alteraciones de la percepción. El examen histológico reveló que se trataba de tres glioblastomas, tres tuberculomas, dos carcinomas metastásicos, un oligodendroglioma, un astrocitoma y un meningioma. Existía correspondencia entre el lado y la extensión de la lesión con las manifestaciones clínicas, comparable a los hallazgos de descripciones anteriores en casos de naturaleza vascular y traumática.
