Sumario:In this article, I examine the similarities between the new religious rhetoric employed by Latin- American conservative politicians after 2016, and the Christian nationalism (CN) rhetoric in the United States of America during and after Donald Trumps’ presidential campaign, in 2016. The objective of this article is to submit the Christian nationalist arguments used by Latin-American conservative politicians and to discuss how said arguments are applied in Latin-American political campaigns.
