In Peru, SMEs absorb 60% of the economically active population, account for about 96% of all businesses and contribute, along with the mid-market, with 40% of production nacional1. Actualmente el área de la informática esta en permanente crisis, el cambio continuo, y la aparición de nuevas tecnologías emergentes en el manejo de la información, se ha constituido en una constante, hoy en día la competitividad de una empresa y de un Gobierno se empieza a cuantificar de acuerdo a la eficiencia en la que se maneja y administra su información.
