We have personally made a short experimental study in the dog. Are the results of this experiment we committed in this preliminary work.La afirmación de que la tripsina es inactiva en el interior de los canales intrapancreáticos ha sido desde hace muchos años inscrita en las tratados clásicos de fisiología. Sin embargo, algunos experimentadores contrariamente al dogma clásico han extraído indiscutiblemente tripsina activa de los canales pancreáticos. Este hecho sumamente interesante, no solamente por su valor absoluto sino muy especialmente por sus proyecciones a la fisiopatología de las pancreátitis, merece ser controlado en múltiples y rigurosos experimentos. Personalmente hemos efectuado un corto estudio experimental en el perro.
