The present study is about a histological assay of a new dentinal-pulp complex formation using platelet rich plasm, pulpar tissue and fibrina, all autolougus, as components of dental pulp tissular engineering treatment. Qualitative and quantitative assays about the dentin pulp-complex regeneration grade on experimental and control groups were made and showed similar results. This technique opens a pathway for regenerate a complete tooth in the future.Desde hace mucho tiempo, se pensaba en la Regeneración del Complejo pulpo dentinario como objetivo final de la Reparación Radicular Dentaria y que garantice un correcta formación de tejido sano y funcional. El presente estudio realiza un análisis histológico de la formación de un nuevo complejo pulpo dentinario, usando el plasma rico en plaquetas, tejido pulpar y fibrilla, todos autólogos, coma componentes del tratamiento con Ingeniería Tisular pulpar.
