Sumario:This study shows the development of operational reliability engineering for the economic and sustainable growth of companies that wish to maintain, grow, improve and develop their own dynamic environment. In order to propose a strategy to achieve business objectives, different competencies will be explained, including business development, economic growth as an integrating concept, business culture, and knowledge and innovation management. Thus, it is intended that entrepreneurs identify the need to train and be more competitive in terms of (1) efficiency and effectiveness of processes and (2) departments and activities of the company, so that it is aligned in terms of objectives and goals.
