The first step was to acquire the optimal technique as regards hematology the objective was achieved thanks to the occupation we play in a clinical laboratory. Then the serial and systematic study of all patients who came to our hands in the period of one year was made. The base of the research study consisted of 9 patients with Tropical Eosinophilia in that span. We present the clinical interpretation, haematological and biochemical findings in blood, performed serially.Desde hace algún tiempo nos ha inquietado el problema de la Eosinofilia Tropical y el Síndrome de Loeffler, por tal razón decidimos abordar el tema en su aspecto clínico, hematológico y algo de la bioquímica en sangre. La primera etapa fué la de adquirir una técnica depurada en lo que se refiere a hematología; el objetivo fué alcanzado merced a la ocupación que desempeñamos en un laboratorio clínico. Luego se hizo el estudio seriado y sistemático de todos los enfermos que llegaron a nuestras manos en el período de un año. La base del estudio consistió en la investigación de 9 pacientes afectos de Eosinofilia Tropical en ese lapso.
