Then they thought their relatives in transfer him to a hospital for medical assistance. They did; but when the stretcher reached the "Dos de Mayo", around 11 pm, the subject died.Convalesciente de una disentería, N. N. fué a reponer sus perdidas fuerzas al vecino balneario del Barranco. Un día de fiesta, después de comer en un fondín y tomar algunas copitas en una pulpería, dió un corto paseo por las calles para acudir en seguida a una función de cinema. Allí tuvo lugar la iniciación del accidente por un fuerte dolor de estómago. Salió del teatro en busca de los medicamentos populares que mejorasen su estado, sin conseguirlo en lo absoluto. Pensaron entonces sus allegados en trasladarle a un hospital para su asistencia médica.
