These scopes of the Law, are give througth different forms of use, and through different platforms of consume that operate in the everyday life of the actors.La Ley vista como discurso, permite la reflexión sobre sus alcances más allá de los efectos directos de su aplicación en actores involucrados con procesos de judicialización. Como discurso, y como instrumento cargado de legitimidad, la Ley permite el desplazamiento de ideologías, a la vez que se transforma en un instrumento cargado de una falsa veracidad para la construcción de representaciones sobre los fenómenos que regula.
