Industrialization is a way to get it; industrialization but to be effective it must be based on research. Se parte del hecho comprobado que en el Perú los recursos naturales: forestales, marinos, mineros, etc. se exportan sin valor agregado. La Universidad cumpliendo su rol en la sociedad, debe hacer propuestas para darle mayor valor agregado a los distintos recursos naturales del país antes que se exporten.
