Obtaining as results, that if there is a relationship between the working conditions and professional diseases of the drivers of fuel tankers of the company, linked to the hours of transportation, to their shift and the relationship that exists between their colleagues of work and with the conditions of the vehicle, as well as the mental load and the use of medications; concluding that they are related to a value of p=0.026 and a Pearson correlation of 0.658 at a significance level of 5%.Esta investigación tiene como finalidad el determinar la relación entre las condiciones laborales y las enfermedades profesionales de los conductores de cisternas de combustible en la empresa COTERA CARGO S.A.C, en el período 2016-2018; siendo un estudio descriptivo correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo, con una población de 17 trabajadores, y una muestra de 8 trabajadores conductores de cisternas.
