If any of the gentlemen who now hear me, saw that sick, continued its evolution and regarded the anatomical parts of it were removed, agree on that almost perfect objective similarity, which makes this a very interesting clinical case example, waking the most lively curiosity and the precise diagnosis is not as easy as one might think. Already in the lesson last year, I said that these cases are not uncommon between us and the speaker had occasion to observe about twenty. The appearance of them is almost always more or less similar, and their death, with one exception, is invariably inexorable, but not worth the possible remedial early diagnosis, and the wonderful advances in surgery.Por una de aquellas coincidencias que con tanta frecuencia ocurren en el ejercicio de la clínica, nos toca hoy, al inaugurar nuestras labores del presente año, estudiar un enfermo exactamente comparable al que nos sirvió el año pasado, en idéntica oportunidad. Si alguno de los señores que hoy me escuchan, vió a ese enfermo, siguió su evolución y contempló las piezas anatómicas que de él se extrajeron, convendrá en esa casi perfecta similitud objetiva, que hace del presente caso un ejemplar clínico muy interesante, que despierta la mas viva curiosidad y cuyo preciso diagnóstico no es tan sencillo como podría creerse. Ya en la lección del año pasado, les decía que estos casos no son raros entre nosotros y el que habla ha tenido la ocasión de observar alrededor de veinte.
