The present work studies the configuration of the female characters in the polyphonic structure, a formal aspect that can be seen in this work. Following the contributions of Mijael Bajtin and Oswald Ducrot, a qualitative analysis of the text is carried out within the framework of literary theory, linguistic theory of enunciation and gender studies. The research concludes that a male speaker enunciates a conservative image of women that reinforces gender patterns sustained in social myths.La casa de cartón de Martín Adán se desarrolla a inicios del siglo XX. Sus personajes citadinos permanecen en una realidad distante, casi existencialista. El presente trabajo estudia la configuración de los personajes femeninos en la estructura polifónica, aspecto formal que se advierte en dicha obra. Siguiendo los aportes de Mijael Bajtin y Oswald Ducrot, se realiza un análisis cualitativo del texto en el marco de la teoría literaria, de la teoría lingüística de la enunciación y de los estudios de género.
