Behavioral pedagogic with emphasizes in training, empirical and operative manifestations of knowledge, attitude and skill improvement. Finally, trouble pedagogic, which states that the student skill is the main point for social transformation in order to find out actual problems and seek for an original as well as creative solution. Thus, the ability that must be developed is to ask relevant inquiries in any case, to understand THE PROBLEM and be able to solve it properly. This model is based upon the constructive theory, where the student builds up his or her own knowledge, thus it is not important to lead him to repeat contents. According to this proposal we privilege this model in health; thus, throughout the use of the Bustos Operative Didactically Pattern, didactically tools were proposed to be applied through the formation of health staff. This model includes five steps: (1) Life experiences; (2) Reflection; (3) Documentation; (4) Application; and (5) Ampliation. The proposal does not include predetermined programs but the adjustment to institutional, local as well as national reality.Actualmente en la formación de recursos humanos en salud pueden identificarse tres modelos pedagógicos: la pedagogía de la transmisión, que sostiene que las ideas y los conocimientos son lo más importante de la educación, y por ello el alumno debe recibir lo que el "enseñante", o el libro le entreguen; la pedagogía del comportamiento, que pone énfasis en el adiestramiento, en las manifestaciones empíricas y operacionales del cambio de conocimientos, actitudes y destrezas y la pedagogía de la problematización, que sostiene la capacidad del alumno, como agente de transformación social, para detectar problemas reales y buscarles solución original y creativa. Por esta razón, la capacidad que se debe desarrollar es de hacer preguntas relevantes, en cualquier situación, para entenderla y colocarse en condiciones de resolverla adecuadamente. El modelo se basa en la teoría constructivista, donde el alumno construye sus propios conocimientos, por lo tanto no es importante llevarlo a la repetición de contenidos. Este sustento amerita que en salud se privilegie este modelo; por ello, haciendo uso del Modelo Didáctico Operativo (MDO) de Bustos se propone herramientas didácticas que pueden ser aplicadas en la formación de profesionales de la salud. Este modelo incluye cinco momentos: 1. Experiencias vivenciales; 2. Reflexión; 3. Documentación; 4. Aplicación y 5. Ampliación.
