Direct observation and the interview used in this research show peculiar characteristics of Cusco Spanish in discursive praxis, in which the alternation of codes is verified due to the influence of a language A in a language B, which gives it some significant differences, seen from dialectology and sociolinguistics. These variations are presented from the sample selected for convenience, in which the contributions of 70 subjects, between men and women, from urban and rural areas, all of them with a level of knowledge of the spoken language, were considered.El análisis de las variaciones diastráticas en situaciones naturales es fundamental por el aporte a las ciencias del lenguaje, ya que así se puede identificar la forma de expresión que se tiene en diferentes contextos. La observación directa y la entrevista empleada en esta investigación muestran características peculiares del español cusqueño en la praxis discursiva, en las que se verifica la alternancia de códigos por influencia de una lengua A en una lengua B, lo que le da algunas diferencias significativas, vistas desde la dialectología y la sociolingüística.
