As well as to channel the investment and technology in integral form.La política económica de los gobiernos nacionales de los últimos tiempos en el Perú ha privilegiado el manejo del poder con fines de estabilidad del Presidente de la República más que con fines de crecimiento y desarrollo económico. Es necesario revertir tal manera de concebir el Gobierno y el manejo de los campos de esta rama de la economía para lograr mejoras en la distribución del ingreso, mayor producción nacional para el mercado interno y de exportación.
