In the first one, there is a brief state of situation of the commercial exchange and the flow of direct investments between both countries. The second one, analyze the process of negotiation of the FTA and his principal results (trade of goods, services, and investments). The third part, presents the evolution of the chinese imports in those industries particularly sensitive to the FTA .El documento analiza el Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) entre Perú y China suscrito en Pekín el 28 de abril de 2009, y ratificado por el Perú el 6 de diciembre de ese mismo año. Busca identificar los posibles riesgos que éste podría implicar para determinados sectores sensibles de la industria nacional, y –en consecuencia– para el desarrollo del Perú. Ha sido organizado en tres partes. En la primera, se presenta un breve estado de situación del intercambio comercial y el flujo de inversiones directas entre ambos países. En la segunda, se analiza el proceso de negociación del TLC y sus principales resultados (comercio de bienes, servicios, e inversiones).
