But not only has fueled urography urologic diagnosis in General Medicine and Surgery, in the art she has created a revolution, which has imposed new theories; has transformed the evolution of many morbid pictures and has arrested many unhappy inherent complications instrumental exploration indispensable before their appearance; has focused on the best surgical treatment of diseases such as tuberculosis whose management has been totally changed for her.En los primeros veinte años del siglo, el descubrimiento médico más sensacional ha sido el de la Urografía excretoria. El avance que este maravilloso método de exploración ha realizado en toda la medicina ha sido de incalculables proporciones. Poderosa arma en manos del médico y cirujano general, ha permitido orientar el diagnóstico de las afecciones y enfermedades del aparato urinario en forma definida y sin ningún riesgo, extendiendo así el radio de la especialidad, pues son innumerables los casos que el Urograma descubre y que antes pasaban desapercibidos, hasta las etapas avanzadas en que se precisaba las manifestacionas clínicas.
