Mention of the mechanisms used by the viceroys to be able to legitimate m before the marital status and priest and in front of the common people likewise becomes urban rural.El presente trabajo de índole teórica, tiene por finalidad explicar los fundamentos del poder practicados durante el Perú colonial desentrañando los fundamentos teóricos con los que fueron explicados y racionalizados. La lógica del poder imperial y virreinal fue racionalizada principalmente por juristas y tratadistas del derecho español y destacados exponentes de la teología moral.
