In the following pages, we will intent to describe the complex panorama of textile production during these centuries through the textiles of each region which have been found in the Collection of the Museum of America.La Colección de Tejidos Prehispánicos del Museo de América de Madrid consiste en casi 400 piezas de distintos y áreas de los Andes Centrales y Centro-Sur. En este artículo nos ocupamos de aquellos adscritos al Horizonte Medio, que representan varias áreas, desde la costa sur, hasta la norte, pasando por ejemplares de estilo “Huari”, procedentes de las tierras alta.
