All operated patients can be curedHemos presentado una serie de 70 casos de quistes hidáticos del pulmón tratados con 77 operaciones de resección pulmonar: 44 lobectomías, 20 resecciones segmentarias y 18 operaciones de Velarde Pérez Fontana, sin letalidad operatoria o alejada. Hemos expuesto las indicaciones de las operaciones de exéresis en la hidatidosis pulmonar y hemos descrito las técnicas quirúrgicas empleadas. Hemos estudiado en detalle los incidentes y complicaciones y la manera de controlarlos y prevenirlos.
