History under Debate is the tendency that this paper develops with greater detail. History under Debate is a communitynetwork of historians of different universities from the five continents that they have a common ideas for developing a new historiographic paradigm. The work unites the History under Debate tendency with the Spanish historiography.El artículo realiza una fotografía general de la situación de la historiografía inmediata española teniendo en cuenta las características de la misma desde la Transición Española a la democracia. Además de mostrar algunos aspectos generales del desarrollo de la propia historiografía española, la metodología empleada en este pequeño trabajo permite detectar algunas de las tendencias actuales que se están desarrollando en la actualidad, de las cuales se profundiza con mayor detalle en una de ellas, la tendencia historiográfica de Historia a Debate, que surge como la apuesta común de una comunidad-red de historiadores de diferentes universidades de los cinco continentes, que han sido capaces de llegar a una serie de consensos mínimos compartidos para desarrollar un nuevo paradigma historiográfico.
