This article shows one of the studies made in the first objective of the Research Study 2011, which is taking place within the schedule established. There is concern that the dissemination of concepts and proposals for Intellectual Capital, has been profuse, based on advances in knowledge management and the commitment to implement the Management and Training Knowledge Networks. Therefore, we reviewed the content of articles published by faculty researchers and teachers in the magazine QUIPUKAMAYOC guests since 2001, having found interesting articles whose titles are noted in our dogs to locate and read its contents to start a process study on these important issues. On the other hand, the research reached the material was delivered to participants at the XII General Assembly of ALALFEC, Knowledge Management and Management and Training Knowledge Networks. Reprints expressive received titles contain important areas of study that should be considered as the starting material as possible to understand concepts and proposals as well as general approaches to action. It has tried to present those paragraphs that give us further explanation of Intellectual Capital, but we feel we need to have elements of greater depth and scope to achieve a comprehensive understanding and reaching for the Specialist degree in these subjects. Teachers and students have a great challenge to break into these issues and apply innovative studies for the formation of Certified Public Accountant in Peru. Do not forget that in future international events we attend, these issues take precedence and is required to be prepared to actively participate and demonstrate that even in our country and we are up to date on these issues and we are applying the teaching and learning that we apply to the Faculty . Which is why, to raise final conclusions of the article pointed out ways to promote positive actions that lead to better preparation in these areas and excellent applications to reach the corporate objectives in the Faculty and the recognition of our contributions ALAFEC academic and professional at its next General Assembly. We call upon reading the article and intellectual support requested. |

We call upon reading the article and intellectual support requested.El presente artículo muestra una parte de los estudios alcanzados en el primer objetivo del Estudio de Investigación 2011, que se está efectuando dentro del cronograma establecido. Se tiene la inquietud de que la difusión de conceptos y propuestas de Capital Intelectual, no ha sido profusa, tomando como base los avances de la Gestión del Conocimiento y el compromiso de implementar la Gestión y Formación de Redes de Conocimiento. Por tal motivo, se revisó el contenido de artículos publicados por los docentes investigadores y docentes invitados en la Revista QUIPUKAMAYOC desde el año 2001, habiendo encontrado interesantes artículos, cuyos títulos se anotan para ubicarlos en nuestros ejemplares y leer sus contenidos para iniciar un proceso de estudio sobre estos importantes temas. Por otro lado, la investigación realizada alcanzó al material que fue entregado a los participantes a la XII Asamblea General de ALAFEC, sobre Gestión del Conocimiento y Gestión y Formación de Redes de Conocimiento. Las Separatas recibidas con títulos expresivos contienen importantes áreas de estudios que deben ser considerados como material inicial, ya que permiten comprender conceptos y propuestas, así como planteamientos generales para tomar acciones. Se ha tratado de presentar aquellos párrafos que nos dan mayores explicaciones sobre Capital Intelectual, pero consideramos que nos falta tener elementos de mayor profundidad y alcance para lograr una comprensión global y tratar de alcanzar el título de Especialistas en estos temas. Los docentes y alumnos tenemos un gran reto, para incursionar en estos novedosos temas y aplicarlos en los estudios para la formación del Contador Público en el Perú. No olvidemos que en futuros eventos internacionales que asistamos, estos temas tendrán prioridad y se requiere estar preparados para participar activamente y demostrar que también en nuestra Patria ya estamos al día en dichos temas y los estamos aplicando en la enseñanza-aprendizaje que aplicamos en la Facultad. Razón por la cual, al plantear Conclusiones Finales del artículo, señalamos alternativas para promover acciones positivas que conduzcan a una mejor preparación en estos temas y excelentes aplicaciones hasta alcanzar los objetivos institucionales establecidos en la Facultad y el reconocimiento de ALAFEC a nuestra aportaciones académicas y profesionales en su próxima Asamblea General.
