Try to analyze the characteristics of an issue that everyone has heard of, but few know of the status of development aid.Por más que a alguno le pueda parecer original, la cesión del 0.7% del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI) en forma de ayuda al desarrollo del Tercer Mundo no es una propuesta reciente. La Organización para las Naciones Unidas (ONU) lleva mucho tiempo abanderando la causa. Esta iniciativa ha sido, sin embargo, abrazada por distintos sectores sociales en la Unión Europea y todavía está lejos de alcanzar la meta propuesta por Naciones Unidas.
