Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to describe the quality and satisfaction that the Yape digital application provides to the user and to know the relationship that exists between quality and satisfaction. The students of the fifth, seventh and ninth semester of the Professional School of Administration of the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa were considered as users. Students between 18 and 23 years of age were taken as a sample. IBM SPSS software was used in the Spearman method and Cronbach's alpha to determine data validation and reliability. The work was carried out under a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and correlational scope. The results show that quality and service are in a close and direct relationship. Because both complement each other. Furthermore, 98.7 % of the population sample agree or totally agree that the Yape digital application is easy to use, and its software design meets the needs presented. It is concluded that the hypothesis about the high satisfaction of university students of the Faculty of Administration towards the services provided by Yape is valid. It is worth mentioning that technology continues to develop, and it is essential to be flexible to change.Teniendo en cuenta que la globalización genera un mayor dinamismo económico, los bancos deben optar por nuevas formas de mantener sus productos en el mercado. Por ello, el propósito principal de la presente investigación consiste en describir la calidad y la satisfacción que brinda al usuario la aplicación digital Yape y conocer la relación que existe entre la calidad y la satisfacción. Se consideró como usuarios a los estudiantes del quinto, séptimo y noveno semestre de la Escuela Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa. Se tomó como muestra a los estudiantes de 18 a 23 años de edad. Se usó el software IBM SPSS en el método Spearman y alfa de Cronbach para determinar la validación de datos y la fiabilidad. El trabajo se realizó bajo un método descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo y con alcance correlacional. En los resultados se demuestra que la calidad y el servicio están en relación estrecha y directa. Debido a que ambos se complementan. Además, el 98.7 % de la muestra poblacional está de acuerdo o totalmente de acuerdo con que la aplicación digital Yape tiene fácil uso y su diseño de software se ajusta a las necesidades presentadas. Se llega a la conclusión de que la hipótesis sobre la alta satisfacción de los estudiantes universitarios de la Facultad de Administración hacia los servicios brindados por Yape es válida.
