Also, the learning in the living organism, demands a responsible attitude from professor and students in bioethically, because of its most relation to the professional practice.The TIC is excellent didactic resource for the study of human anatomy, but it should have a place as complementary alternative for the use of anatomical pieces, model and other resources as the learning with living subject. The excessive and exclusive use in the medical education can carry a negative bioethical implication as the adjuvant factor of becoming medically inhuman, at the edge of technical problems in the learning.La enseñanza de la disciplina Anatomía Humana ha evolucionado; su proceso de aprendizaje a través de la utilización de cadáveres, órganos y preparaciones anatómicas naturales deben ser prácticas rodeadas de respeto y con un alto nivel científico-técnico. Asimismo, la enseñanza en el organismo vivo requiere la actitud responsable del profesor y de los estudiantes en los aspectos bioéticos, por su relación con la práctica profesional.En la actualidad, las TIC son una excelente herramienta pedagógica para el estudio de la anatomía humana; no obstante, su uso debe ser una alternativa complementaria al cadáver, las preparaciones anatómicas naturales y artificiales, así como otros medios de enseñanza. Su utilización excesiva en la educación médica puede traer consecuencias negativas éticas, pues, al margen de los problemas técnicos en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, podría favorecer a la deshumanización de la medicina.
