This under a gender approach and from the perspective of the micro-activation of the architectural object, that is, from the perspective of the involved actors in the property, with the intention of completing and complicate the Patrimonial Valuation attributed to the property that currently only considers the formal or macro-activation aspects of the architectural object. Given the use compatible with the gender roles assigned to women for generations, the research seeks to clarify the relevance of the valuation and female participation on the property that is the Junta de Beneficencia de Chosica.En el presente artículo se aborda el estudio del edificio sede de la Junta de Beneficencia de Chosica. Esto bajo un enfoque de género y desde la mirada de la microactivación del objeto arquitectónico, es decir, desde la perspectiva de los actores involucrados con el inmueble, con la intención de completar y complejizar la valoración patrimonial atribuida al inmueble, que, actualmente, solo considera los aspectos formales o de macroactivación sobre el objeto arquitectónico.
