Utopia, when inscribed within certain coordinates of time and space, implies, on the one hand, the will to transcend the existing and present towards a better and possible world. On the other hand, it implies an evasion of the present and a critique of it, comparing it with what could be and with what we long for. Utopia, thus conceived, is a rational system that incorporates everything created in the material sphere, in the living reality and in the intangible reality.Todo indica que la "utopía" es una construcción del espíritu, que responde a visiones de fundamento ético que suscitan ideologías activas , imágenes estimulantes e inspiradoras de acciones concretas, capaces de modificar la realidad existente. La utopía, cuando se inscribe dentro de determinadas coordenadas de tiempo y espacio implica, por un lado, la voluntad de trascender lo existente y actual hacia un mundo mejor y posible. Por otro lado, supone una evasión del presente y una crítica al mismo, al compararlo con lo que podría ser y con lo que anhelamos.
