The results shows families give importance to get a computer for their sons; also special characteristic in the way to learn the use of Internet, time of use, applications more frequently, the people who atted with the students and others aspects.  Se presentan los resultados de una investigación sobre el uso del Internet en escolares, en una muestra de 149 niños de ambos sexos, con edades de 6 a 12 años, cursando el Primer, Tercer o Sexto grado de Educación Básica Regular, procedentes de centros educativos estatales y particulares de distritos de Lima Metropolitana. El instrumento utilizado fue una encuesta diseñada para tal fin.
