This event is part of the process of recognising of the right to eight hours work shift signed in 1916, in Huacho. It reflects on the political forces that allowed the events.En este relato se presenta el panorama del momento político en que se dio el hecho del primer feminicidio de la historia de las luchas sociales en el Perú, hace cien años, en 1917, destacando la figura de Irene Salvador Grados como primeradirigenta mártir, dando cuenta además de las otras mujeres caídas. Este suceso es parte del proceso del reconocimiento al derecho de las ocho horas de trabajo firmado en 1916, en Huacho.
