Although this law constitutes a necessary contribution to provide protection to the child and adolescent population diagnosed with cancer, it would have been opportune to contemplate various principles of protection for family members.El presente artículo analiza el texto de la Ley 31041 - Ley de Urgencia Médica para la Detección Oportuna y Atención Integral del Cáncer del Niño y Adolescente, aprobada por el Congreso de la República el 31 de julio de 2020 y publicada el 02 de setiembre del mismo año.
