Although we have found some norms in which, isolated and tacitly, there is some kind of mention, this is not enough to guarantee the fulfillment of the best interest of the child. Este artículo se encuentra basado en nuestra reciente investigación, en la que hemos analizado de qué manera el vacío normativo en la regulación del padre afín, afecta al Interés Superior del Niño, en tanto en el Perú no existen normas expresas al respecto, lo que vulnera así diversos derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.
