En dicho contexto, el presente artículo pretende reflexionar, desde una óptica jurídica- política, sobre la importancia de la CPI y los principales desafíos que enfrenta dicho Tribunal, la comunidad internacional y nuestro país, en particular, en la lucha contra la impunidad.
