First, a normative historical study will be developed regarding violence against members of the family group and against women. Subsequently, we will carry out a study on the crime of resistance or disobedience to authority. In addition, we will expose criminal law pills on crime competition, which will allow the problem to be elucidated. Finally, we propose an alternative solution, indicating that we are facing an apparent competition of laws, therefore, the application of the aggravating circumstance of the crime of violence against members of a family group and against women corresponds, as it is a more benign norm.El propósito del presente artículo es determinar la consecuencia jurídica que acarrea el incumplimiento de las medidas de protección emanadas en el marco de un proceso por hechos de violencia contra miembros de un grupo familiar, ya que existe una yuxtaposición normativa entre el delito de violencia familiar y contra la mujer y el delito de resistencia o desobediencia a la autoridad. Primero, se desarrollará un estudio histórico normativo en lo que respecta a la violencia contra integrantes del grupo familiar y contra la mujer. Posteriormente, realizaremos un estudio sobre el delito de resistencia o desobediencia a la autoridad. Además, expondremos píldoras de Derecho Penal sobre concurso de delitos, lo que permitirá dilucidar el problema.
